We not charge fees for the financial advice we give to our clients.
Our financial advisers receive commissions from the Insurance / KiwiSaver providers we give
financial advice on. The amount of commission is based on the amount of the insurance premium or the KiwiSaver balance. We have policies and procedures in place and follow an advice process
that ensures our recommendations are based on your goals and circumstances. We undergo an
annual compliance review and have continued professional development plans in place.
Our duties to you
-Give priority to your interests by taking all reasonable steps to make sure our advice isn't
materially influenced by our own interests.
-Exercise care, diligence, and skill in providing you with advice.
-Meet standards of competence, knowledge and skill set by the Code of Professional Conduct for
Financial Advice Services (these are designed to make sure that we have the expertise needed to
provide you with advice).
-Meet standards of ethical behaviour, conduct and client care set by the Code of Professional
Conduct for Financial Advice Services (these are designed to make sure we treat you as we should and give you suitable advice).
Complaints
What you need to know about making a complaint
If you are not happy with our service or wish to make a complaint please contact Lisa or Sonja directly via phone or email.
We have an internal complaints process and want to deal with your concerns promptly and fairly. We aim to respond within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved, you then have the option to take your complaint to an independent dispute resolution service.
We belong to the Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS). This is a free service.Their contact details are as follows:
